Executive Coaching
Sometimes called organizational coaching, executive coaching provides space to process management decisions, explore options for strategic planning, and prepare for and debrief difficult business decisions. Executive and professional coaching overlap significantly, though executive coaching focuses primarily on leadership and management.
Manuscript Preparation
I work with academics and writers to create – and follow! – manageable, achievable project plans. In addition to traditional coaching, I offer a range of services including developmental editing and copyediting manuscripts.
