KJ Kozak, PhD

Kathryn Kozak is the owner and principal consultant at KJ Kozak Consulting. She helps others develop habits, attitudes, and ways of life that are in line with socially just principles and values.

As a consultant, Kathryn brings her experience in assessment and data analysis along with an eye for systems-level problem solving. She helps nonprofit organizations design and execute on curriculum development, outcomes assessment, and project management.

Kathryn is a Certified Organizational Coach, Level One from Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL). She holds a doctorate in Applied Developmental Psychology from Suffolk University.

She helps her coaching counterparts finish projects, navigate complicated organizational dynamics, and disentangle themselves from the capitalist expectations of productivity to pursue what really matters in their lives and careers.
